How do I access my email outside SMU? (Staff/Faculty)

Window based computer

You can access your email via the following options:-

1. Using SMU issued notebook: Start Outlook as per normal
2. Using your own personal computer and go to https://outlook.office.com via your preferred browser, e.g. Chrome, IE.
   Note : You will need Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to log in to the SMU webmail,
              do refer to this guide to setup your MFA. 

Mac OS

You can access your email via the following options:-

1. Using SMU issued Mac: Start Outlook or Apple Mail as per normal
2. Using personal Mac and go to https://outlook.office.com via your preferred browser, e.g. Safari, Chrome.
   Note : You will need Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to log in to the SMU webmail,
              do refer to this guide to setup your MFA.
