How to get Virtual Desktop Support?

Please contact IITS Technology Help Centre if you have trouble accessing SMU Virtual Desktop. Details as follows:

b. Email – helpdesk@smu.edu.sg
c. Support hours:

Mon - Fri: 8:30 am – 7:00 pm
(Last walk-in at 6:30 pm)
Closed on Sat, Sun and Public Holidays
