Access is granted to all full-time SMU employees for the following services via the eWise portal:
- Flexi-Benefits enrolment and reimbursement
- Personal Information update, e.g. home address, contact numbers, family member details
- Pay Slip and Income Tax form display
- Corporate Pass booking
- Leave application (applicable to admin staff)
- Training application (applicable to perm admin staff)
- Performance Appraisal (applicable to perm admin staff)
Administrative users from schools and offices are granted access to the HRMS based on their job functions, e.g. the payroll manager in OHRFA is able to process payroll in the system.
Users are to take note that beyond the employee self-services, other requests for access to the HRMS are subject to approval by Office of Human Resources & Faculty Administration.
