What is Student Employment System?

Specification

The SES services by IITS would include the following services for active SMU students and employers.

All active SMU students are given access to self-services such as:

  • View part-time/temporary job opportunities online
  • Apply for part-time/temporary jobs by uploading applications and resumes via SES
  • Receive application outcomes


Public (employers) are given access to perform functions such as:

  • Post and update part-time/temporary job opportunities available
  • View applications and resumes submitted by students through SES
  • Manage application statuses, and inform students of their application outcomes
