What is Anti-Spam?

Anti-spam refers to methods that detect e-mail messages that are unsolicited, malicious  or illegal. A spam filter is used to detect spam and divert it to a spam folder (junk mailbox).

Specification

The service entails the quarantine of spam emails. Users of this service will have the option to release these spam emails selectively. Additionally, users can add in their good/bad senders listings to better manage their emails. Missed spams that went direct to users' mailboxes should be reported to IITS Help Centre so that the spam filtering policies can be tightened to tackle missed spams.

Cost/Price

Allocated Cost (RCA).
