Please follow below one-time setup options to set up your 2FA login or refer to the 2FA Setup Guide for more details:
| a. | Pre-registration via 2FA System before 2FA is activated: | |
| i. | Go to https://smu.sg/2fa | |
| ii. | Log in with your SMU account. | |
| iii. | Choose and set up your preferred 2FA method: Phone call, Text message (SMS), Mobile app or OATH token. | |
| iv. | Set up your security questions. | |
| b. | 2FA registration at point of accessing e-services after 2FA has been activated: | |
| i. | For Staff and Faculty - Go to iNet Intranet https://inet.smu.edu.sg For Undergraduate Students - Go to OASIS Student Portal https://oasis.smu.edu.sg |

| ii. | Log in with your SMU account. | |
| iii. | Click on any 2FA enabled e-service. You will be directed to the 2FA setup screen. | |
| iv. | Choose and set up your preferred 2FA method: Phone call, Text message (SMS), Mobile app or OATH token. | |
| v. | Set up your security questions. | |
