What happens if staff/student change handset (retaining the same phone number)?

Staff/student who has chosen Mobile app or OATH Token as their 2FA method will need to re-register 2FA for their handset (the new handset has its own unique International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number).


Staff/student who has chosen Phone call or Text message (SMS) will not be affected.
