How can I apply for IDD call feature?

Your IP Phone is required to configure, in order to make an IDD call. Please send your *request to the IT Help Centre with the below details: -

• Extension Number:
• IDD Request (Temp or Perm):
• Duration (if Temp):
• Justification: 
• Approval from HOD/Assistant Dean (for billings):
