How can I apply for a VPN account?

For Student

Please liaise with your Faculty/SMU Staff, should your course work require VPN access into SMU network. Fill up the VPN Access Request Form and submit to helpdesk@smu.edu.sg. IITS will evaluate and respond accordingly.

For Student in China (Oasis access only)

Please fill up the VPN Access Request Form - Oasis Access for Students in China and submit to helpdesk@smu.edu.sg. IITS will evaluate the response accordingly.

For Faculty and Staff

You may log in with your SMU username to access the SMU network. Please select "Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client" in the Program List (as shown).
