Is MFA required for every SMU e-service?

No. Only the following e-services require MFA:

1.  eLearn System [For Faculty]
   
   
2.  SAP HR and Financial e-services [For Staff and Faculty]
    i. HR functions:
       APIB, Leave Application, STARS, Schooling Allowance, View Payslip, IR8A and Personal Profile
   ii. Financial functions:
       View DART Fund, PO , Travel
   iii. Cross Applications:
        New Alerts (Approval of Leave requests, Timesheets, PO, Travel requests, etc)
   
   
3.  Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) [For Staff and Faculty]
   
   
4.  Bidding Online System (BOSS) [For Undergraduate Students]
