What should I do if I forget my password or my password expires?

You can request to change your password via the Online Password Reset Service, if you have pre- registered for the service.

Alternatively, you can contact IT Help Centre at 68280123 or email helpdesk@smu.edu.sg

Note : when you reset or change your SMU password, you will need to update all your mobile devices with your new password.
